Annie Riga

Annie Riga is a Fine Art graduate from Falmouth University and St. Joost School of Art and Design. Through her practice, Annie harmonizes the content of the otherworld – a place rife with nature, glittering stars, and fierce magic… with a more grounded realistic worldview, to create enigmatic visions. She is intriguing for her use of the otherworld as a metaphor, but also for her dazzling palette and unique mark-making. She has taken part in several exhibitions, such as De Sluijtersprijs, Kunstrai, Amsterdam (2022), Mid Air, DOOR, Dordrecht (2021) I Believe You I Believe in You, SK Gallery, Solingen (2021), The Raw Cases, Werkwarenhuis, Den Bosch (2021), Live Alone Die Together, AKV St. Joost, Den Bosch (2021), My Fault, Bilderdijk, Den Bosch (2020), FIBER Festival, De Brakke Grond, Amsterdam (2020), Urban Facelift, Athens School of Fine Arts, Athens (2019) and the Falmouth BFA Graduate Show, Falmouth (2018).
